Sandem LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Rent Sentry platform at sandemcs.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a) Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, and job title when you create an account

  • Payment Information: Billing address and payment method details (processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. — we do not store your full credit card number)

  • Property and Compliance Data: Property addresses, tenant information, lease details, compliance documents, and other data you input into the Service

  • Communications: Information you provide when you contact our support team, submit feedback, or communicate with us

b) Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken within the Service, time spent on pages, and interaction patterns

  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and unique device identifiers

  • Log Data: Server logs including access times, pages viewed, referring URLs, and system activity

12. INTERNATIONAL USERS

The Service is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located.
